Getting started

1. Add a client. Use New Client, give the file a name, and upload the documents you have — referrals, previous reports, session notes, test results.
2. Organise. Virtuosa reads the documents and builds the client case: patient details, reported symptoms, psychometrics, session history — every item cited back to its source document. Review and correct anything before you draft.
3. Generate a report. Pick a template (all 43 report types are included), add any instructions, and generate. The draft streams in; edit it in place, then download it as PDF or Word, copy it, or email it.

Documents

Upload PDF, DOCX or TXT files, up to 5MB each. Older Word .docfiles can't be read — open them in Word and save as .docx or PDF first. Virtuosa can securely OCR scanned PDFs when possible; the Files view shows when a document is queued, indexing, ready, or needs attention. If a document can't be read, Organise tells you exactly which file and why.

Reports

Click anywhere in a generated report to edit it. Use Show Sources to see the passages a section came from. These references stay available inside Virtuosa, while copies and downloaded reports leave internal source filenames out by default. A practice can opt in to source references in Clinic Settings. Reports auto-save as you work and reopen as tabs. Long reports keep generating even if your connection drops — reopen the report and it catches up.

Always review before sending. Virtuosa drafts from your documents, but you are the author: check names, dates and clinical details before a report leaves your practice.

Voice

On Professional and Small Group plans you can dictate anywhere and talk to the assistant hands-free. Audio is processed in Sydney and never stored.

Billing

Every plan starts with 14 days of full access — including the Free plan. Change or cancel your plan any time in Clinic Settings → Billing: cancelling keeps everything working until the end of what you've paid for, and you are never charged again after that. Your clients and reports are kept either way.

Your data

All client documents and AI processing stay in Australia (Sydney), encrypted, and are never used to train AI models. Details on the Security & Trust page.
